Contribute with ideas and inputs to the agreed goals of the action plan in the daily work. - Effectively unload and handle inbound/outbound goods. Secure merchandise properly to allow for safe movement through the distribution center. - Contribute to the overall warehouse operations goals setting, drive the implementation of local business plans/projects and analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal fluctuation needs. - Remove and properly document all damages found or caused on inbound/outbound merchandise. - Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects assigned, where applicable.We're the team behind the scenes that make the IKEA products available to the many people.
