Under the direction of the Controller in the Finance Division, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant may support accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and other related accounting and financial areas. Duties may include but are not limited to: answer phones, assist accounting staff with mail distribution, occasional file retrieval, clerical, plan events, interact with security and maintenance personnel, perform bank reconciliations, order supplies, etc. Commute locally for delivery of checks, inter department mail, and other payables.
Minimum of two years of responsible experience in a non-profit. Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. A valid California Driver License with acceptable automobile insurance. SAGE Software knowledge is a plus.
Compensation based on experience: $18 – $20 hourly
