Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute graphic design projects from concept to final production across multiple media channels
• Create marketing collateral including brochures, advertisements, direct mail campaigns, digital assets, website graphics, email marketing materials, and social media content
• Design packaging graphics, retail point-of-sale (POS) materials, in-store signage, and brand identity assets
• Translate creative briefs and strategic objectives into compelling visual solutions that effectively communicate brand messaging
• Perform photo manipulation, retouching, illustration, image editing, and complex layout design as required
• Ensure creative work reflects current design trends and maintains a modern, engaging visual aesthetic
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity standards
• Ensure consistency in design, messaging, and brand representation across all customer touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop cohesive brand experiences
• Utilize advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Develop print-ready files and optimize digital assets for various platforms and channels
• Apply industry best practices for design production, color management, typography, and layout execution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines
• Communicate project status, timelines, and potential challenges to stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, digital, product, and creative departments
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production partners to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay informed of emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices
• Research and implement innovative creative approaches to strengthen brand communications
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative recommendations to enhance design effectiveness and customer engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field
• Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) in Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
• Figma Certification or equivalent digital design certification
• Additional certifications in graphic design, visual communications, motion graphics, or UX/UI design
